About Galdr
Galdr is a European video conferencing platform built for organisations that require their communications to remain under EU jurisdiction. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Galdr provides HD video calls, end-to-end encryption, AI meeting notes, and cloud recording — all hosted exclusively within the European Union.
The name comes from Old Norse: galdr, a spoken incantation carried on the voice. We thought it fitting for a platform built around the power of conversation.
